Chanel and Dior are great. MAC is a bit over-rated. Clinique is the one high-end brand that I think really sucks. It's drugstore make-up at a boutique price. If you want something with high-quality ingredients that's much more affordable, try The Body Shop. It's literally the best there is, both in quality and price. E.L.F. Cosmetics contain good ingredients and are EXTREMELY affordable. I don't love many of the drugstore brands. There's just too much animal testing and too many crappy ingredients involved. I've steered clear of their other products because of other complaints I've heard about their mascaras, as well as their eyeshadows, lip products and nail polishes. I use Maybelline (Sky High Curves) mascaras, and keep an Avon around as a last resort. No complaints with either! I adore Rimmel’s eyeliner, but that’s it.
